SpecSys, Inc. was responsible for design of the control room structure, HVAC system, window selection, and electrical systems, both 24 volt and 220 volt.
This effort was completed using Solid Works CAD software and Ansys Finite Element Analysis software.
Manufacturing
Fabrication, machining, weld, paint, and assembly departments completed all aspects of the build, readying the unit for shipment to our client for final installation on their drill rig.
SpecSys completed a total of six (6) TXD Cabs. These units were completed in both our Granite Falls and our New Ulm facilities.
