SpecSys, Inc. was responsible for the design and documentation of a trailer mounted, diesel powered flameless forced air heater. Our design included the trailer, enclosure, engine/generator, heat exchangers, inductive heater, electrical, controls and safety.
This effort was completed using Solid Works CAD software and Ansys Finite Analysis software.
Manufacturing
SpecSys, Inc., after completion of the engineering, manufactured the first production run of 12 machines.
It is common for SpecSys, Inc. to support our Client with initial runs prior to moving the manufacturing back to the OEM.
