Initially hired to provide minimal enhancements to Clients next generation Piler, this project quickly grew to a completely new design, with the goal of doubling the production capability of existing equipment.

This systematic effort was completed using SolidWorks CAD software and Ansys Finite Element Analysis software.

Prototype Manufacturing

All aspects of this turn key build, including fabrication & weld of all steel components, sourcing of all purchased items, sub assembly inside SpecSys, Inc. facilities, and finally erection on site, were handled by SpecSys, Inc.

Production Manufacturing

SpecSys, Inc. has manufactured and commissioned three beet pilers, including the initial prototype build.

SpecSys, Inc. has also been utilized to provide upgrade services to many of the existing / older equipment still in service. This has allowed our Client to increase production capacity without having to replace all capital equipment on the Piler Sites.
